GRANT WATSON
Grant has extensive experience practising in all areas of injury compensation and insurance claims, including:

- Wills and Estates Disputes.
He regularly appears for injuried claimants in the Supreme Court, District Court, Workers Compensation Commission and Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He has acted in appeals in the NSW Court of Appeal, before the Full Court of the Federal Court, and the High Court.
Grant has acted in some of the leading civil liability and medical negligence cases at the trial and appellate level.
He has also published articles in the area of civil liability, the liability of public authorities, and offender damages, including refereed articles cited by the Courts.
Grant is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury by the Law Society of NSW and is a Member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
Grant consults with clients at both the Sydney CBD office & the Norwest Office.
JOSHUA CLARKE
With over 10 years experience practising as a personal injury lawyer. He was personally mentored by the Late Timothy Kelly, a Solicitor with over 50 year’s success in complex compensation matters.
He acts for injured people the following areas:
